READ BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • Our zipline adventure accommodates riders from 40lbs to 230lbs. Our trained staff performs an on-site weigh-in, including clothes and shoes. However, weigh-in does not include the zipline gear.  Customers who do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund.  This is to ensure fairness to all customers and avoid spaces being taken up unnecessarily.  However, you can make adjustments to your reservation up to 72 hours before trip departure.  Please make sure you meet the necessary criteria before purchasing.
  • Riders must be in good physical condition.  There is a 10-15 minute uphill hike.  Our zipline course is perfect for those seeking an exhilarating experience. With our safety standards, we welcome individuals of all abilities. However, for the safety of our guests and staff, we kindly request that those with medical or physical restrictions contact us by phone beforehand.
  • As an industry expert, we strive to provide the most enjoyable experience for all guests. Therefore, we do not permit guests under the influence of controlled substances to participate. This policy ensures the enjoyment of everyone involved. Please note, no refunds or credits will be offered in such circumstances.
  • Pregnant mothers unfortunately can’t zipline.  Watch your loved ones participate on a few ziplines while experiencing the atmosphere from our roof top patio.
  • All minors (ages 17 and under) are required to have a parent or guardian present during the tour. For children 15 and under, a paying adult must accompany them on the tour, while children 16-17 only need an adult to stay on the property.
  • Once your tour is confirmed, we’ll send you a waiver via email. Keep in mind, each person must fill out their own waiver ahead of time for a seamless experience. Parents or guardians can sign for those under 18.
  • All adventures include an 8% non-refundable fee at check-out which covers permits, land use fee, administration fee, and processing fee. No additional taxes will be applied. Book with confidence and convenience knowing all essential fees are included.

  • Experience every thrilling moment of your zipline adventure without any distractions or worries. Our exclusive policy eliminates the need for backpacks or camera/phone usage on the course, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the adventure. Keep your phone safe in your zippered pocket and capture mental pictures or rent one of our wrist-mounted Viewpoint cameras for unlimited footage!
  • Stay hydrated on our tour with ease and care for the environment! Bring your own water bottle with a carabiner, or upgrade to our foldable water bottle for just $4. We provide extra water and snacks halfway through the tour.
  • Don’t let allergies slow you down on our tour – be prepared with your inhaler or Epi-pen! Pack your life-saving medication for a worry-free and enjoyable experience!
  • Our zipline office is equipped with cubbies for your valuables. While we aren’t responsible for stolen or lost items, our staff is always present to watch over your belongings. Take a tour without any worries, and leave your items behind
  • Be fearless in the mountains! Don’t get caught off guard – bring extra clothes to stay warm and dry no matter the weather. Our trips operate rain, snow or shine. Take on any challenge with confidence.
  • Our zipline tour requires guests to wear comfortable closed-toed shoes, such as tennis shoes or hiking boots(no sandals, heels or wedges). This ensures an enjoyable experience.
  • Reservations are non-refundable 72 hours before trip departure, or 2 weeks for groups. This ensures availability for other travelers and guarantees a smooth and timely trip for all.  Receive a full refund minus an 8% service fee when cancelling outside of 72 hours.
  • Arrive early for your zipline adventure and check-in 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This will ensure a smooth and timely start to your adventure. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for late arrivals.
  • Experience our tours rain, snow, or shine! Immerse yourself in captivating sights and sounds, no matter the weather. Join us for an adventure filled with unforgettable moments. Trust us, the memories will be worth it!
  • Our team of experts will contact you by phone to provide alternative options in case the minimum number of people is not met to operate the tour.
